Description：

Graphite is a new material which has the excellent and stable property, widely used in metallurgy, mechanical, chemical, textile, defense and other industries for instead of metal material.

Special graphite has moderate particle size, high porosity and fast absorption. Using petroleum coke for high temperature cooking, the chemical composition is pure, high carbon, low sulfur, very little harmful components, and high absorption rate. The product has a good degree of graphitization and improves the nucleation ability of the original molten iron. Increase the number of ink balls in ductile iron during inoculation, and increase graphite nuclei in molten iron in electric furnace. Refine and homogenize the distribution of graphite in castings. Application:

1. Sintered graphite mold, etc.

Sintering molds and brackets for transistors can be manufactured.

It can be used for cast steel, various non-ferrous metal durable molds, cast iron, welding rail thermite welding molds, and heat-resistant metal (titanium, zirconium, molybdenum) molds.

2. Glass molding. Nowadays, graphite molds have become an indispensable mold material in glass manufacturing. It can be used to make molds for funnels, bends, glass tubes and other special-shaped glass bottles.

3. Hot press molding, heating and pressing are carried out in the same process, and a dense sintered body can be obtained through sintering in a short time.
